The Gallery Day Spa
From a gentle relaxing treatment to a firm deep tissue massage, we offer a range of massages to suit how you're feeling and what your body needs.
Swedish massage is the classic relaxation treatment — the one most people picture when they think of a spa day. It uses long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading and circular movements to ease tension in the muscles, improve circulation and encourage the body to let go of stress. It's deeply calming and a wonderful way to spend an hour if you've been running on empty.
We offer back, neck and shoulder massage for a targeted 40-minute treatment, or a full body massage for a more complete 70-minute experience.
Hot stones massage takes the benefits of a Swedish massage and adds warm, smooth basalt stones to the treatment. The stones are heated and placed on key points of the body, and used by your therapist as an extension of their hands. The warmth penetrates deeply into the muscles — loosening tension far more effectively than hands alone — while creating an intensely grounding and indulgent experience.
This is a Steph-only treatment. Available as a back, neck and shoulders treatment or a full body experience.
Indian head massage is a seated treatment that works on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. It's rooted in the Ayurvedic tradition and has been practised for thousands of years — and it remains one of the most effective treatments for releasing the tension that builds up in the places we hold stress most: the neck, shoulders and scalp.
It's a particularly good choice if you suffer from headaches, stiffness in the neck and shoulders, or find it difficult to switch off. You remain fully clothed throughout — no oils are used unless you'd like them — making it an easy, accessible treatment that delivers surprisingly powerful results.
Our specialist oncology massage is adapted specifically for clients who are living with or recovering from cancer. It is not a clinical treatment — it is a compassionate, thoughtful form of bodywork delivered by a therapist who has undergone specialist training to work safely and sensitively with the physical and emotional changes that cancer and its treatments can bring.
The pressure and approach are tailored entirely to the individual and can range from very gentle to firm, depending on what feels right for each client at that time. Many clients find it deeply supportive — both physically and emotionally — during what can be an isolating and difficult period.
A free 30-minute consultation is required before your first appointment. This gives your therapist the opportunity to understand your current situation, ask the right questions and plan a treatment that is appropriate and comfortable for you.
Book online or call us — we're happy to help you choose the right treatment.
